Durham Miners’ Banners in the spotlight

In his second illustrated talk on the Durham miners’ banners North-East author Ken Smith will feature another selection of these wonderful icons of the pitmen’s lodges.

Ken will also throw the spotlight on such subjects as the famed Big Meeting and the Aged Mineworkers’ Homes Movement.
