DESCRIPTION:Join National Women’s Action for Positive Change (NWAPC) for a special two-day takeover at Redhills! \nJoin us on Saturday 31 October\, 10am–3pm\, and Sunday 1 November\, 11am–2pm\, for a welcoming gathering celebrating women\, connection and positive change. \nAcross the two days\, enjoy inspiring speakers\, poetry\, exhibitions\, stalls and good company. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in the Ribbon of Resistance and connect with others who share a vision for a fairer future. \nThe event is intended for women\, and free to attend. Come along\, get involved and be part of the conversation! \nNWAPC is fully inclusive and welcomes all women\, including cisgender\, trans women and non-binary people who experience womanhood as part of their identity. \n  \nSaturday 31st October 10am-3pm \nWe have performances from Lizzie Lovejoy\, Jen Strike and Marie Little. \nSpeakers including Claire McPhail and Samantha Townsend. \nA screening of the film Heard Not Hushed. \n   \nSunday 1st November 11am-3pm \nRest and Relaxation workshops \nBreathing with Claire McPhail \nLaughter Yoga with Noreen Gomally \nThanks to support from Northern Region NEU\, Unite Branches\, Durham City Parish Council\, FBU\, Judith Kirton Darling and North East Yorkshire and Humber TUC.
